中医耳穴压豆护理对胃癌术后患者胃肠功能恢复的效果

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Ear Acupoint Pressure Bean Nursing on the Recovery of Gastrointestinal Function of Patients After Gastric Cancer Operation

目的分析中医耳穴压豆护理对胃癌术后患者胃肠功能恢复的效果。方法选取本院收治的100例胃癌术后患者,所有胃癌术后患者的收取时间(2014年1月—2017年1月),电脑随机分为观察组一组(50例胃癌术后患者)、对照组一组(50例胃癌术后患者),分别实施中医耳穴压豆护理以及常规护理。结果观察组胃癌术后患者的恢复正常进食时间(7.12±1.05)d、上腹胀满症状消失时间(6.51±0.21)d与对照组患者具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论通过对胃癌术后患者实施中医耳穴压豆护理后,能促进患者胃肠功能恢复,值得推广和应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） auricular acupoint nursing on the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with gastric cancer. Methods 100 patients with gastric cancer treated in our hospital were selected. The collection time of all patients with gastric cancer after operation（January 2014 to January 2017） was randomly divided into observation group（n=50） and control group（n=50）. Results there was a significant difference between the observation group and the control group（P﹤0.05）. The time of normal feeding and the time of disappearance of the symptoms of upper abdominal distention were（7.12 ±1.05） days and（6.51 ±0.21） days respectively in the observation group and the control group（P﹤0.05）. Conclusion It is worth popularizing and applying to the patients with gastric cancer after the nursing of auricular point pressing bean in traditional Chinese medicine, which can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function of the patients.
