慢性化脓性中耳炎患者围手术期的护理观察

Nursing Observation of Perioperative Patients With Chronic Suppurative Otitis Media

目的探究慢性化脓性中耳炎患者围手术期的护理效果。方法选取2016年6月—2017年12月我院收治的慢性化脓性中耳炎患者112例,随机分为两组,各56例。对照组运用常规护理,研究组在常规护理基础上运用围手术期护理。比较两组患者术后听力情况,并发症发生率。结果研究组患者听力好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对慢性化脓性中耳炎患者运用围手术期护理,可以提高患者听觉能力,降低并发症的发生率,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the perioperative nursing effects of patients with chronic suppurative otitis media. Methods From June 2016 to December 2017, 112 patients with chronic suppurative otitis media admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, 56 cases each. The control group used routine care, and the study group used perioperative care on the basis of routine care. Compared the postoperative hearing and complication rates between the two groups. Results The hearing ability of the study group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P﹤0.05）. The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P﹤0.05）. Conclusion Perioperative care for patients with chronic suppurative otitis media can improve hearing ability and reduce the incidence of complications. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
