糖尿病足患者的临床护理体会

Clinical Nursing Experience of Patients With Diabetic Foot

目的分析糖尿病足患者的临床护理相关内容。方法选取2016年3月—2017年3月我院收治的糖尿病足患者82例,随机分为观察组和对照组各41例,观察组患者选用优质护理进行护理,对照组患者选用常规护理,对比两组患者的护理结果。结果观察组患者的护理有效率明显高于对照组,患者的平均住院时间短于对照组患者,数据显示统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论选用优质护理对糖尿病足患者进行有效护理能够促进患者病情康复,为患者提供更加舒适且满意的护理干预,临床应用效果良好,值得推广使用。

Objective To analyze the clinical nursing related contents of patients with diabetic foot. Methods 82 patients with diabetic foot admitted in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were randomly divided into observation group（41 cases） and control group（41 cases）. Patients in observation group were treated with high-quality nursing care, while patients in control group were treated with routine nursing care. Compared the care outcomes of two groups of patients. Results The nursing efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The average length of stay of the patients in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group. The data showed statistical analysis（P ﹤0.05）. Conclusion The use of high-quality care for patients with diabetic foot effective care can promote the rehabilitation of patients with patients with more comfortable and satisfied nursing interventions, clinical application of good results, it is worth promoting the use of.
