摘要
探究废弃V-W/Ti脱硝催化剂在碱体系下的络合除As工艺方法,研究超声、碱浓度、络合剂种类等工艺除As条件及其机理。采用电感耦合等离子体光谱(inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry,ICP-AES)仪对中毒催化剂进行As质量比分析,以As质量比数据对不同的清洗液体系进行实验评估,得出废弃脱硝催化剂最佳除As工艺条件。实验结果表明,在碱体系中,络合剂存在的条件下,超声处理能够显著除去废弃催化剂中的As。本研究中所使用的废弃脱硝催化剂经该方法处理后平均As质量比从约为22 000μg/g降低至约为700μg/g。
Arsenic removal of selective catalytic reduction(SCR)catalyst in alkaline system with complexing agent is discussed in this article.Research of several arsenic removal conditions and mechanism is carried out in different ultrasonic,alkali concentration and complexing agent conditions.The arsenic content of the poisoned catalyst after soaking with different cleaning solutions was determined by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES)to obtain the best regeneration process for SCR catalyst.The results show that in an alkaline aqueous system with the existence of a complexing agent,ultrasonic treatment can significantly reduce the arsenic content of the catalyst.The average arsenic content of the SCR catalyst used in this work is reduced from 2 2000μg/g to 700μg/g.
