美国“链接教育者项目”及其实施成效述评

摘要 "链接教育者"是指利用数字技术创新教学和学习模式,创建个体网络社区促进自身专业成长,同时为学生提供优质教学服务的教育者。美国"链接教育者项目"通过数字技术驱动的在线实践社区,提升教育者在数字化时代的教学能力,使教育者能够与同行协作,与世界一流专家进行交流学习,从而帮助教育者获得适应时代发展要求的专业知识,提升美国数字化时代的教学质量。 Connected Educators are the Educators who leverage the digital technology to innovate teaching and learning models and create individual online communities to promote professional growth and provide students with quality teaching service. Connected Educators Project empower educators to teach in the digital era through digital technology driven online communities of practice, enabling edu cators to collaborate with peers and exchange knowledge with world class experts to gain access to professional knowledge that is aligned with the times, so as to improvethe quality of teaching in the digital era.
