需求转型背景下高等师范院校社会实践育人功能新探 被引量:3

摘要 以实践育人为核心理念的高等师范院校,其自身的内涵和特点要求在育人过程中将理论学习与社会实践进行紧密结合,但当前,一些高等师范院校还存在着社会实践育人内容形式化、社会实践育人功能附属化、社会实践育人途径单一化等问题。根据现阶段社会主要矛盾转变对高等师范院校社会实践育人功能提出的新需求,围绕实践育人核心理念,从科学设计教育教学体系、独立设置实践教育内容、积极拓展实践育人途径等方面,探索高等师范院校社会实践育人功能实现的新路径,深入推进师范类教育的特色化发展。 The development of Chinese higher education should combine theory learning and social practice. Normal universities with the core concept of practice education need to combine students' theoretical study and social practice according to its own connotation and characteristics. There are some problems in the process of realizing educational function of social practice, such as the general methodologyof practical value, the subsidiaryof independentcontent and the simplificationof naultiple paths. According to thenew demands of college educational functions of social practicewhich is presen ted by transformation of social main contradiction, Normal universities can design the teaching system scientifically, arrange teachingcontentand its resourcesreasonably,expand the social field and the path way of socialpractice education and other aspects, to explorethe innovation path of the educational function of social practice innormal universitiesso as to promote characteristic development of normal education.
