3D打印辅助覆膜支架修复术在复杂主动脉疾病腔内治疗中的应用 被引量:16

摘要 目的探讨3D打印辅助技术对复杂主动脉疾病腔内治疗方案制定和效果的影响。方法回顾性分析广西医科大学第一附属医院血管外科2016年4月至2017年4月收治的6例复杂主动脉疾病患者。术前行CT血管造影(CTA)后进行主动脉三维重建,在3D打印机进行3D打印成形主动脉形态。结合CTA结果和3D打印模型采用相应的手术方式。结果患者包括胸主动脉瘤1例,腹主动脉假性动脉瘤1例,主动脉夹层3例,腹主动脉瘤1例,均在术前完成主动脉病变段3D模型打印,根据结果辅助制定手术方案,手术全部取得技术成功。结论 3D打印辅助覆膜支架修复术能使复杂主动脉疾病腔内治疗直观化、简单化、精准化,具有广阔的前景。 Objective To explore the experience of combination of 3D printing and endovascular techniques in treatment of complex aortic disease. Methods Between April 2016 and April 2017, the data of six patients diagnosed with complex aortic disease based on computed tomography angiography(CTA)were reviewed retrospectively, only patients with complex aortic disease and scheduled for 3D printing were included in this study. All patients were were arranged for endovascular repair. Analyzed the operation mode and postoperatively, especially the function of 3D printing model in the treatment. Results Patients included one thoracic aortic aneurysm, one abdominal aortic pseudoaneurysm, three aortic dissection and one abdominal aortic aneurysm. All 3D models of aortic lesions were printed before surgery. All surgery were technically successful. Conclusions The three-dimensional printing can help the endovascular techniques more intuitive, simpler and more accurate in treatment of complex aortic disease.
