微桁架点阵结构在飞机结构/功能一体化中的应用 被引量:39

摘要 近几年,点阵结构技术随着3D打印等新兴制造技术的发展而快速发展,在结构功能一体化技术应用中表现出巨大潜力。它可作为多功能化的优良设计载体,实现承载、防热、隐身、变体等各项功能的有机融合。但一些关键技术尚待突破,到目前为止尚未见增材制造点阵结构在飞机上大规模应用。结合飞机结构/功能一体化需求,对点阵结构的制造工艺、性能特点和典型应用进行了综述,并从结构设计、制造工艺、性能评价等方面对制约点阵结构工程应用的原因进行了分析讨论。 In recent years, the technology of lattice structure has developed rapidly with the development of additive manufacturing. It has shown great potential in the application of structural and functional integration technology. It can be used as a good design carrier for multi-function, and it can realize the organic integration of various functions such as bearing, heat proof, stealth and variant. However, some key technologies have yet to be broken, and so far there has not been a large scale application of the lattice structure in the aircraft. Combined with the requirement of aircraft structure/function integration, the manufacturing technology, performance characteristics and typical applications of dot matrix structure are reviewed, and the reasons for the application of lattice structure are analyzed and discussed from the aspects of structure design, manufacturing process and performance evaluation.
