摘要
目的:研究肿瘤坏死因子样弱凋亡诱导因子(TWEAK)与它的受体成纤维细胞生长诱导因子14(Fn14)及其下游的细胞因子单核细胞趋化蛋白(MCP-1)、γ-干扰素诱导蛋白10(IP-10)、调节正常T细胞表达和分泌的活性因子(RANTES)、Ro52在皮肌炎(DM)中的表达。方法:免疫组化检测皮肌炎病人与健康对照组皮肤和肌肉中TWEAK、Fn14、MCP-1、RANTES、IP-10、Ro52的表达水平,并进行半定量分析。结果:免疫组化结果显示,皮肌炎患者皮肤中各蛋白的表达水平高于健康对照组;皮肌炎患者肌肉中各蛋白的表达水平高于健康对照组。结论:TWEAK/Fn14信号轴可能参与皮肌炎的发病机制。
Objective:To investigate the expression of tumor necrosis factor-like weak inducer of apoptosis(TWEAK) and its receptor deficiency of fibroblast growth factor-inducible 14( Fn14),together with the downstream cytokines MCP-1,IP-10,RANTES,and Ro52 in patients with dermatomyositis(DM). Methods:Immunohistochemistry was performed to detect the expression levels of TWEAK,Fn14,MCP-1,RANTES,IP-10,and Ro52 in the skins and muscles of dermatomyositis patients and healthy controls. Then the resu Lts were analyzed by semi-quantitative method. Results:Immunohistochemistry indicated significantly higher expression levels of these proteins in the lesion skin of dermatomyositis patients than those in healthy controls. Moreover,the expression levels of these proteins were significantly higher in the involved muscle of dermatomyositis patients than those of healthy controls. Conclusion:TWEAK-Fn14 signaling may be involved in the pathogenesis of DM.
