抗战时期陕甘宁边区干部保健工作述略

抗战时期,为保证广大干部的身体健康,陕甘宁边区在党中央的领导下,逐步建立了干部保健制度与机构,由此开始了边区的干部保健工作。在1941年边区物质条件十分困难的情况下,西北局和边区政府根据党中央的干部保健指示,建立健全干部保健组织,制定干部保健政策,改进干部休养工作,推进了边区干部保健工作。抗战时期陕甘宁边区的干部保健工作有效地保障了边区干部的身体健康,不仅推动了边区卫生医疗事业的发展,也为新中国成立后的干部保健工作积累了丰富的经验。
