设施鲜食葡萄高干水平棚架优质生产架面评价指标初报

Inquiry into Shelf Indicator about High Quality Production of High Stem Horizontal Trellis for Greenhouse Grape Cultivation

该试验以已经培养成形的3年生和4年生高干水平棚架设施鲜食葡萄品种(香妃、红巴拉多、早黑宝、黄意大利)为试材,调查分析了第3~4年生设施葡萄的直立蔓基部粗度、直立蔓节间长度、水平蔓长度、水平蔓节间长度、水平蔓节数、水平蔓新梢数、新梢数与节数比、新梢长度、新梢粗度、果穗数、果穗重、株产量、单位产量、优质果率等指标,从而确定不同品种高干水平棚架优质生产架面生长、产量和质量指标。结果表明:设施鲜食葡萄栽培采用高干水平棚架树形和整形修剪技术,第3年水平蔓长度达到400 cm、新梢长度100 cm、新梢粗度1.0 cm以上,第3年产量为23 625~27 750 kg/hm^2,第4年产量为27 405~32 160 kg/hm^2,优质果率达到90%以上。

In this paper, taking triennial and quadrennial greenhouse grape varieties（Xiangfei, Baolado Red, Zaoheibao and Italy Yellow） cultivated under high stem horizontal trellis as testing materials, basal diameter and internode length of vertical vine, length, internode length, nodes number and shoots number of level vine, shoot-node ratio, length and diameter of shoots, ear number, ear weight, yield per plant, yield per mu and percent rate of high quality fruit were analyzed to determine growth, yield and quality of different greenhouse grape varieties cultivated under high stem horizontal trellis. The results showed that through the tree form and trainingand pruning techniques of high stem horizontal trellis, in the third year, length of level vine reached 400 cm, length of shoots reached 100 cm, diameter of shoots was over 1.0 cm and the yield was 27 405~32 160 kg/hm^2; in the fourth year, the yield was 27 405~32 160 kg/hm^2, the percent rate of high quality fruit was over 90%.
