摘要
本文以秸秆为主要发酵原料,分别以泥炭和牛粪作为发酵辅料,研究发酵过程中有机质、腐植酸、发酵温度的变化。结果表明:秸秆和泥炭组,在发酵第27天有机质含量为47.01%(大于45%),腐植酸含量最高(27.77%),发酵温度为51.3℃,满足高腐植酸有机肥的试验要求;秸秆和牛粪组,在发酵第24天有机质含量为47.56%(大于45%),腐植酸含量最高(24.31%),发酵温度为51.4℃。说明秸秆和泥炭、秸秆和牛粪混料发酵制备高腐植酸有机肥是可行的。
In this paper, straw was starting crude, supported by peat and cow dung. Changes of organic matters, humic acid and fermentation temperature during the fermentation were studied. On the 27 th day of the fermentation, when straw was combined with peat, content of organic matter was 47.01%(45%), content of humic acid was 27.77%, the highest; the fermentation temperature was 51.3 ℃, which satisfied experimental requirements for acid-organic fertilizer. On the 24 th day of fermentation, when straw was combined with cow dung, content of organic matter was 47.56%, content of humic acid was the highest(24.31%), the fermentation temperature was 51.4 ℃. It is feasible to produce high humic acid organic fertilizer by fermentation of straw and peat, straw and cow dung.
