在网络虚拟空间中,"身体缺场"和"行动在场"是网络政治动员的两大特点,由此提出了网络政治动员何以可能的问题。网络政治动员的成功启动始于网民之间的话语互动,情感发酵标志着网络政治动员的迅速升温和广泛扩散,共意生成则标志着网络政治动员指向具体对象,共同的行动随即将会发生。由此,话语互动、情感发酵和共意生成构成了网络政治动员不可或缺的三个环节,从微观视野展现了网络政治动员得以促发的现实可能。

Therefore,discourse interaction,emotional fermentation and consensus construction constitute the three indispensable parts of network political mobilization.
