前列地尔联合血塞通对糖尿病肾病患者凝血功能及肾功能的影响

Effect of Alprostadil Combined with Xuesaitong on Coagulation Function and Renal Function in Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy

目的探讨前列地尔联合血塞通对糖尿病肾病患者凝血功能及肾功能的影响。方法选取医院2015年6月至2017年6月收治的糖尿病肾病患者97例,按随机数字表法分为观察组49例和对照组48例。对照组予血塞通治疗,观察组予前列地尔联合血塞通治疗,治疗14 d。结果观察组总有效率为91.84%,明显高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的空腹血糖、尿素氮、肌酐、24 h尿蛋白定量水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),活化部分凝血活酶时间水平明显高于对照组,血浆凝血酶原时间、凝血酶时间及血浆纤维蛋白原水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为14.29%,与对照组的12.50%相当(P>0.05)。结论前列地尔联合血塞通治疗糖尿病肾病疗效显著,可有效改善患者的血糖水平、肾功能及凝血功能,安全性较好,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of alprostadil combined with Xuesaitong on coagulation function and renal function in patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods Totally 97 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were selected and divided into the observation group（ 49 cases） and the control group（ 48 cases） by the random number table method. The control group was given Xuesaitong,while the observation group was given alprostadil combined with Xuesaitong. The two groups were treated for 14 d. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 91. 84%, which was significantly higher than 75. 00% of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment, the levels of FBG, BUN, Cr, 24 h-Upro in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The level of APTT in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, while the PT, TT, FIB level were significantly lower than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was 14. 29%, which was similar to 12. 50% in the control group（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion Alprostadil combined with Xuesaitong is effective in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy, it can ef fectively improve the blood glucose level, renal function and coagulation function of the patients. It is safe and worthy of clinical promotion.
