骨瓜提取物注射液对四肢长骨骨折术后不愈合及康复进程的影响

Effect of Gugua Extractives Injection on Nonunion and Rehabilitation Process of Long Bone Fractures After Operation

目的探讨骨瓜提取物注射液对四肢长骨骨折术后不愈合及康复进程的影响。方法选择医院2014年1月至2017年1月收治的四肢长骨骨折患者246例,参照医师建议和患者自愿原则按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各123例,均行切开复位内固定术。对照组术后实施常规抗感染及对症支持治疗,研究组加用骨瓜提取物注射液治疗。结果治疗后,研究组视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)明显低于对照组,骨折愈合时间明显更短,肿胀程度明显更轻(P<0.05);研究组功能恢复总有效率为89.43%,明显高于对照组的79.67%(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论骨瓜提取物注射液应用于四肢长骨骨折术后,可有效减轻患者疼痛和肿胀程度,缩短骨折愈合时间,提高功能恢复效果,安全性好。

Objective To investigate the effect of Gugua Extractives Injection on nonunion and rehabilitation process of long bone fractures after operation. Methods Totally 246 patients with long bone fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to January2017 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group according to the advice of doctors, patients＇ intention and the random number table method,123 cases in each group. All patients were underwent open reduction and internal fixation. The control group was given routine anti-infection and symptomatic support treatment after operation, and the study group was additionally treated with Gugua Extractives Injection. Results After treatment,compared with the control group,the VAS score of the study group was significantly lower, the fracture healing time of the study group was significantly shorter and the swelling degree of the study group was significantly milder（ P〈0. 05）. The total effective rate of functional recovery in the study group was 89. 43%, which was significantly higher than 79. 67% in the control group（ P〈0. 05）,but there were no significant differences in the incidence rates of adverse reactions between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Gugua Extractives Injection in the treatment of patients with long bone fractures after operation can effectively relieve pain and swelling,shorten the fracture healing time and improve functional recovery of patients,and it has good safety.
