Effect of Hospital Pharmaceutical Care on Medication Compliance of Patients with Hypertension in Community

目的探讨医院药学服务对社区高血压患者用药依从性的影响。方法选取医院2013年至2014年确诊为高血压的患者400例,采用问卷、电话等形式,每6个月随访1次,随访内容包括症状、体征(如血压、体质量、体质量指数)、生活方式(如吸烟量、饮酒量、摄盐量、心理状态、遵医行为)、服药情况及药品不良反应,评价药学服务对高血压患者用药依从性的影响。结果与结论医院药学服务可提高社区高血压患者的依从性,可为社区高血压服务提供理论依据。

Objective To investigate the effect of hospital pharmaceutical care on drug compliance of patients with hypertension in community. Methods Totally 400 patients diagnosed with hypertension in our hospital were selected from 2013 to 2014,they were followed up by questionnaire and telephone every 6 months, including symptoms, signs（ BP, weight, BMI）, lifestyle（ smoking, drinking, salt intake,mental state, compliance behavior）, medication and adverse drug reactions, and the effect of hospital pharmaceutical care on drug compliance of patients with hypertension was evaluated. Results Hospital pharmaceutical care can improve the drug compliance of patients with hypertension in community. Conclusion Hospital pharmaceutical care is an effective way to improve the drug compliance of patients with hypertension,it can provide a theoretical basis for hypertension service in community.
