围绝经期一日门诊药学服务模式探讨

Pharmaceutical Care Model of One-Day Outpatient Service for Patients in Perimenopausal Period

目的介绍医院围绝经期一日门诊药学服务管理模式。方法分别从团队人员、服务流程、工作内容等方面介绍医院围绝经期一日门诊药学服务。结果药师通过一日门诊的药学服务,参与患者的药物治疗管理,可发挥药师的专业特长,突出药师在药物使用方面的优势。结论围绝经期患者面临的药物治疗问题多而复杂,药学服务可减少药物治疗问题,提高依从性,改善患者生活质量,提高患者对药学服务的满意态度。

Objective To introduce the pharmaceutical care management mode of one-day outpatient service for patients in the perimenopausal period in our hospital. Methods The pharmaceutical care of one-day outpatient service for patients in the perimenopausal period in our hospital was introduced form the aspects of team members,service procedure and work contents. Results The pharmacist took part in the drug treatment management of the patients through the pharmaceutical care of one-day outpatient. The pharmacist had great advantages in drug use and played a major role in pharmacist＇s specialty. Conclusion The problems in the drug treatment for patients in perimenopausal period are numerous and complex. Pharmaceutical care can reduce drug treatment problems, improve compliance,the quality of life of patients,and the patients＇ satisfaction with pharmaceutical care.
