摘要
根据当前BIM技术的发展状况和装配式住宅的生产实际,从钢结构住宅设计、生产、施工、运维等各阶段入手,探讨了BIM技术在钢结构住宅全寿命周期各个阶段中的应用,以期钢结构住宅在BIM技术的推动下得到更好的发展.
Based on the current development of BIM technology conditions and production practice of the prefabricated houses,this paper systematically analyzes the application of whole life cycle stages including from the assembly of embedded steel structure housing design,production,construction,operations and so on various stages of BIM technology in embedded steel structure housing,in order to get a better development under the impetus of the BIM technology.
