中国特色现代学徒制具有学生与学徒"双重身份"的特点.针对"双重身份"实现过程中存在的校企利益诉求差异大、企业投资风险高、招生制度不完善的瓶颈问题,通过分析"双重身份"的实现路径,提出了"政府引导,构建‘双重身份’的政策保障体系""企业主导,促进‘双重身份’的融合""学校主体,构建招生招工相结合的制度体系"三个方面的建议及举措.

Modern apprenticeship in China has the feature of dual role as students and apprentices.During the process of dual role,there is a big difference between school and enterprise demands,and also there is a high risk of enterprise investment.Besides,the school recruitment system is imperfect.This paper analyzes the methods of the realization of dual role as students and apprentices and puts forward some suggestions and measures on how to build a safeguarding system,promote the fusion of the dual role and set up a system to solve the problem of recruiting students and workers.
