企业学院模式下高职教育现代学徒制的教学实践

Teaching practice of modern apprenticeship in higher vocational education in enterprise institute mode

为了适应建筑行业转型升级,推动企业技术进步,江苏建筑职业技术学院于2015年在企业学院模式下,开展了建筑工程技术专业现代学徒制试点.利用企业师傅的有效资源,培养了40名装配式建筑方向的专门人才,解决了企业的燃眉之急.结果表明:现代学徒制培养模式是培养建筑业高技能人才的有效途径.

In order to adapt to the transformation of construction industry and to promote the technology of enterprises,Jiangsu Vocational Institute of Architecture Technology launches the major of construction engineering technology as the pilot major of modern apprenticeship in 2015.With the help of masters from the enterprises,the modern apprenticeship train 40 individuals major in precast concrete building,who fill the urgent need of the enterprise,the result of which shows modern apprenticeship is an effective way to train high-skilled individuals in construction industry.
