高校创新创业教育与学生心理动机的激励之间有着内在的关联性。一方面,高校创新创业教育离不开对学生心理动机的激励,另一方面,学生心理动机的激励可以提高高校创新创业教育的水平。在高校创新创业教育中,大学生既是接受创新创业教育的主体,也是承担创新创业实践活动的主力军,高校创新创业教育要有实效、上水平就要关注对学生心理动机的激励;而大学生创新创业心理动机的激励是提升高校创新创业教育水平的重要环节。高校创新创业教育要正确认知大学生接受创新创业教育时存在着由潜存状态向活跃状态转化的可激励的心理动机空间,着重从学生创新创业心理动机激励的成效评估体系、环境育人氛围和育人合力发挥等方面创造更有利的条件,更为有效地激励大学生的创新创业心理动机,为社会培养更多更好的创新创业人才。

There is an internal link between the innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and the mental motivation inspiration to students.On the one hand,the innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges cannot be separated from the mental motivation inspiration to students;on the other hand,the mental motivation inspiration to students can improve the level of the innovation and entrepreneurship education.During the process of the innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges,students are not only the main body to accept innovation and entrepreneurship education,but also the main force to undertake the innovation and entrepreneurship practices. Thus,the mental motivation inspiration to students must be concerned to realize the innovation and entrepreneurship education of actual effect and high level.Meanwhile,mental motivation inspiration to students is the key part to improve the innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges.It should be correctly recognized that there is mental motivational space from potential status to active status,which can be motivated during the process of the innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges.In order to inspire the innovation and entrepreneurship mental motivation of the students more effectively and cultivate more and better innovational and entrepreneurial talents for the society,more favorable conditions on effectiveness evaluation system of the mental motivation inspiration in students＇ innovation and entrepreneurship education,environmental education atmosphere and resultant force exertions should be intensively created.
