血液透析患者病友离世心理体验的质性研究

Study on the psychological experience of wardmate died among hemodialysis patients

目的深入了解血液透析患者在病友离世后的心理体验,探讨促进患者面对病友离世的策略与方法。方法采用质性研究方法,对8例维持性血液透析患者进行深度访谈,对收集的访谈资料采用Colaizzi 7步分析法整理结果。结果提炼出3个主题,恐惧、沮丧等负性情绪交织;遵医行为、感恩心理等正性体验增加;对社会支持系统依赖性强。结论血液透析患者面对病友离世存在焦虑、恐惧、抑郁、回避等负性情绪,医护人员和家属应当及时进行心理疏导,干预其心理活动,排除其主观心理障碍,引导患者积极面对疾病和治疗。

Objective To deeply understanding patients＇ psychological experience after the death of wardmate with hemodialysis,to discuss and promote the strategies and methods of facing the death of patients with hemodialysis.Methods Through qualitative research methods,8 patients with maintenance hemodialysis were interviewed in depth,the interview materials were sorted with Colaizzi seven-step analysis method.Results Three themes were concluded： the intertwining of negative emotions like fear and depression,the increasing of positive experiences like compliance behavior and psychological thanksgiving,and the depending on the social support systems.Conclusion In the face of the wardmate death,hemodialysis patients have certain negative emotions like psychological anxiety,fear,depression,avoidance,healthcare staff and families should give them timely psychological counseling,intervene in their psychological activities eliminate their subjective psychological barriers,so as to guide patients actively respond to illness and treatment.
