复合阳极Ni粗化对SOFC三相线的影响

摘要 固体氧化物燃料电池(SOFC)的复合阳极通常由Ni和YSZ(钇稳定氧化锆)构成,其中Ni的粗化是造成电池性能退化的主要原因之一,通过Ni的粗化模型研究三相线的影响对SOFC技术发展具有重要的意义。基于Ni-YSZ复合阳极中Ni颗粒的粗化的数学模型,利用电极微结构理论研究了复合阳极中Ni颗粒粗化对阳极功能层体三相线和面三相线的影响。结果表明随着Ni颗粒的粗化,三相线长度会明显下降;三相线的下降与复合阳极中Ni的含量和dm(YSZ颗粒半径/Ni颗粒半径)相关;复合阳极中Ni含量增大时,阳极能够允许Ni颗粒半径粗化的范围更大;复合阳极中dm增大时,阳极能够允许Ni颗粒半径粗化的范围更大。在逾渗范围内增加dm和Ni的含量的值有利于减小Ni的粗化对三相线的影响。 The composite anode of solid oxide fuel cell(SOFC) often consists of Ni and YSZ,and Ni coarsening is one of the major reasons for the degradation of the performance of SOFC. The study of the effect of the coarsening process of Ni on the three-phase line is of great significance to the development of SOFC. The effects of the coarsening of Ni on the length of TPB and three-phase line are systematically examined by the coordination number and percolation theory based on the coarsening model of Ni. The results show that the coarsening of Ni leads to an obvious reduction of the length of three-phase line,the reduction of the length of three-phase line is related to Ni content in the composite anode and dm,the increase of the Ni content and dm in the composite anode both enlarge the scope for the coarsening of Ni particle radius. From the perspective of the TPB,an appropriate increase in the content of Ni and the value of dm helps to reduce the effect of Ni coarsening on the three-phase line.
