机构知识库内容建设方法研究

机构知识库的内容建设问题是制约机构知识库发展的重要因素。文章从机构库内容来源的不同将内容建设方法分为三种:主动存缴、自建导入以及联盟合作。其中,主动存缴根据激励方法的不同分为强制型、激励型和改进型方法;自建导入根据来源的不同分为基于历史数据资源和基于第三方数据库的方法。文章详细论述了各方法的具体内容。最后,以北京大学机构知识库为例,介绍了实践效果,以期为同行提供参考。

The volume and quality of Institutional Repository content is an important factor that restricts the development of Institutional Repository.This paper divides the content development method into three kinds：active deposit by author,selfconstruction by librarian and alliance cooperation.Active deposit is divided into compulsory,incentive and improved methods according to different kinds of incentive methods.Self-construction can be based on historical data resources or third-party databases.Each method is illustrated in detail.Finally,this paper takes Peking University Institutional Repository as an example,introduces the practical experience to provide references for other university Institutional Repositories.
