基于数据分析的读者决策采购(PDA)实践与思考

Practice and Thinking on Patron-driven Acquisition(PDA) Based on Data Analysis

在"互联网+"加速淘汰传统产业的压力下,传统图书采购模式的弊端日益暴露。以湖南大学图书馆"读者决策采购(PDA)"模式实践为例,介绍"绿色借书通道"和"读者荐购闪借服务"情况,通过数据统计对荐购图书月申请量、读者参与身份、荐购图书学科分布、图书馆藏等进行分析,总结了服务取得的成效和存在的问题,提出了建立完整、科学的质量评价体系,完善系统功能、保证系统稳定,利用互联网加大宣传推广力度,定期公布书单、公开处理信息,制定激励和处罚措施,保证服务开展的持续性、政策的稳定性等改进服务的建议。

Under the pressure of traditional industries＇ elimination sped up by ＂Internet＋＂,the drawbacks of traditional book-purchasing patterns are increasingly exposed.Taking Patron-driven Acquisition（PDA）of Hunan University Library for example, ＂ Green Channel of Borrowing Books＂ and ＂ Flash Borrowing and Readers Recommendation Service＂ are introduced.Through data statistics,this paper analyzes the monthly application amount,the readers＇ identity,the subject distribution of the recommended purchase books,the library collection,the paper summarizes the achievements and problems of these services,and also proposes the suggestions to ensure the continuity of the service development and the stability of policy such as establishing a complete and scientific quality evaluation system,perfecting the system function and ensuring the system stability,using the internet to increase publicity efforts,keeping books list publishing regularly and handling information open and formulating corresponding incentive and punitive measures and so on.
