摘要
目的:通过动物实验研究辅酶Q_(10)和维生素E软胶囊的抗氧化作用。方法:取SPF级的8月龄昆明种雌性小鼠40只,按体重随机分为4组,每组10只。分为空白对照组,受试样品分为0.034、0.069、0.207g/kg·BW低、中、高剂量组,每日灌胃1次,连续45d。实验结束时,测定血清中的丙二醛和8-表氢氧-异前列腺素的含量,血清中超氧化物歧化酶活力、测定肝组织中蛋白质羰基的含量、全血中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力及肝组织中还原性谷胱甘肽的含量。结果:受试样品中、高剂量组可以降低小鼠血清丙二醛的含量(P<0.05),提高全血中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的活力(P<0.01);受试样品高剂量组还可以降低血清中8-表氢氧-异前列腺素的含量(P<0.05),提高肝组织中还原型谷胱甘肽的含量(P<0.05)。结论:辅酶Q_(10)和维生素E软胶囊具有明显抗氧化作用。
【Objective】 To study the antioxidant effect of coenzyme Q10 and vitamin E soft capsule through animal experiments.【Method】Forty Kunming species of 8 month female mice were divided into four groups randomly with ten mice in each group. The four groups were the control group and three experimental sample groups with 0. 034,0. 069 and 0. 207 g/kg·BW. At the end of the experiment,the levels of MDA,8-ISO-PG,SOD in the serum,the contents of PCC in the liver homogenate and enzyme activities of GSH-Px and GSH were assayed. 【Result】 At middle and high dosages,the contents of MDA in the serum was decreased( P 〈 0. 05),the enzyme activities of GSH-Px was increased with significant differences compared with the control group( P 〈 0. 01). At high dosage,the contents of 8-ISOPG in the serum was decreased( P 〈 0. 05), the contents of GSH were increased compared with the control group( P 〈 0. 05).【Conclusion】It is proved that combination of coenzyme Q10 and vitamin E soft capsule has antioxidant effect on the aged mice.
