摘要
介绍了稳定杆的特点。采用扫描电镜检验、金相分析、分析化学成分、硬度测定等方法,对55Cr3银亮钢在冷弯过程中发生断裂的样品进行了失效分析。认为断裂主要原因是存在表面硬化层。通过对银亮钢生产过程进行调查分析,发现钢材表面的硬化层产生于矫直工序,调整矫直辊的角度后,有效减小了钢材表面的矫直硬化层,满足了用户要求。
The characteristics of stabilizer bar are introduced in this paper. By means of scanning electron microscopy test,metallographic analysis,chemical composition analysis and hardness determination,the failure analysis of 55 Cr3 silver steel fracture in cold bending process was analyzed. It was thought the surface hardening layer causes the fracture. Through the analysis of the production process of silver steel,the hardening layer on surface is produced in the straightening process. the straightening hardening layer of the steel surface is effectively reduced by adjusting the angle of straightening roller.
