摘要
汽车轻量化是目前汽车行业的重点课题之一,超高强度钢的使用能够有效的减轻车身重量。以唐钢生产的热冲用钢22Mn B5为研究对象,研究了回火热处理工艺对其微观组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:回火处理能够有效地降低22Mn B5淬火处理后的内应力,防止脆性失效,低温回火能够有效地提高材料的综合性能。
Vehicle lightweight is one of the key topics in the automotive industry. The use of ultra high strength steel can effectively reduce the body weight. In this paper,the effect of tempering heat treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of 22 Mn B5 steel produced by Tangsteel is studied. The results showthat the tempering heat treatment can effectively reduce the internal stress of the 22 Mn B5 after quenching treatment,prevent the brittle failure,and the lowtemperature tempering can effectively improve the comprehensive properties of the material.
