摘要
河钢承钢2 500 m^3钒钛矿冶炼高炉至今炉龄将近11年,通过对其炉役后期特护生产实践的总结和分析,提出了钒钛矿冶炼高炉炉役后期高炉特护的"内、外"养护措施。特护措施实施后,高炉冷却壁损坏速度明显降低,高炉各项指标稳定,未受炉役后期影响,为其他2 500 m^3大高炉炉役后期的高炉特护提供宝贵经验。
The 2500 m3 schreyerite blast furnace has been running for nearly 11 years. Based on the summing up and analysis of the special production practice in the later stage of the furnace operation,the " inside and outside" maintenance measures for the later stage BF operation are put forward. After the implementation of the special protection measures,the damage speed of the blast furnace cooling wall is obviously reduced,the indexes are stable and not affected by the later stage of the furnace. It provides valuable experience for the other 2500 m3 BF special protection at later stage.
