随着钢铁企业设备大型化、专业化、智能化的发展,冶金设备维检水平也应同步发展。介绍了河钢承钢针对炼铁、炼钢、轧钢、设备拆装等重点设备检修存在的问题。创新性地研制了一种快速更换高炉气密箱的起重装置,结晶器铜管修理装置,可拆卸大型工件的卧式压力机。减少了检修时间、降低了员工劳动强度,增加了安全系数,具有很好的推广价值。

With the development of large-scale,specialized and intelligent equipment in iron and steel enterprises,the inspection level of metallurgical equipment should also be developed at the same time. The existing problems in key equipment maintenance of iron making,steel-making,steel rolling,equipment dismounting are introduced. A lifting device for quick replacement of the airtight box of a blast furnace,a repair device for mould copper tubes,and a horizontal press capable of disassembling large workpieces are developed innovatively. The maintenance time is reduced,the labor intensity is reduced,and the safety factor is increased. They have good popularization value.
