摘要
详细介绍了河钢宣钢废钢备料定位技术的开发应用情况。其关键技术为利用天车定位技术实现对自循环废钢和外采废钢计量进行准确区分,对原天车定位二级系统进行了优化、完善。该技术实现了废钢备料区域定位和炼钢废钢数据的采集和管理,实现了自循环废钢和外采废钢数据和流程的可追溯和可查询性。为统计、分析炼钢自循环废钢经济指标提供了依据,促进了钢铁料消耗的降低和炼钢生产的工业化和信息化的融合。
The development and application of location technology for scarp stock in HBIS Xuansteel is introduced in details. The key technology is to realize the accurate distinction between the self circulating waste steel and the external production of waste steel by making use of the crane positioning technology,and the two-level system of the original crane positioning has been optimized. The newtechnology realizes the area positioning of scarp stock and the collection and management of the steel making scrap data,and realizes the traceability and querying of the data and process of the self circulating scrap and the external scrap. It provides a basis for statistics and analysis of the economic indexes of self circulating scrap,and promotes the reduction of steel consumption and the integration of industrialization and informatization of steel making.
