检察职能的优化配置是检察制度改革的重要组成部分。目前,检察职能不同组成部分之间的不协调、运作属性不合理造成了进一步优化的困境。在坚持检察一体化、协调原则的基础上,以诉讼职能与诉讼监督职能适当分离为方向、检察官为主体、完善内部机构设置,以期对未来的检察职能优化配置有所裨益。

The optimal allocation of procuratorial functions is an important part of the procuratorial system reform. At present,the disharmony between the different components of the procuratorial functions and the unreasonable operation attribute cause the dilemma of further optimization. Based on the principle of procuratorial integration and coordination,the function of litigation and the litigation supervision should be properly separated so as to perfect the internal mechanism in which prosecutors are its main body,and to optimize the allocation of procuratorial function.
