摘要 创新是企业保生存,求发展的重要手段。介绍了河钢宣钢为提高企业核心竞争力、谋求企业长远发展,倡导和鼓励一线职工进行"岗位创新"。通过管理制度创新、管理体系创新等创新,体系建设和实践,激发了全员的创新热情,涌现出了一批提质增效的优秀项目,推动了宣钢的技术进步和长远发展。 Innovation is an important means for enterprises to survive and develop. In order to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, seek long-term development, HBIS Xuansteel advocated and encouraged front-line workers to carry out " post innovation ". Through the control system innovation,management system innovation,and system construction and practice,the innovation enthusiasm of all members has been aroused,and a number of outstanding projects have emerged,which have promoted the technological progress and long-term development of Xuansteel.
