摘要
高校图书馆泛在服务的出现,拉近了图书馆与用户之间的距离,使图书馆服务与用户交互实现了有机融合。从服务需求上看,高校师生对知识信息的需求呈现出了知识需求泛在化、服务需求移动化、服务体系协同化、服务技术知识化的特点;从高校图书馆泛在服务的实现方式上看,主要为泛在图书馆服务、手机图书馆服务和环境嵌入服务三种。要更好地提供泛在服务,需要坚持以用户为中心,不断更新服务理念;以图书馆联盟为基础,与信息企业共同提供泛在服务;建立高质量的馆员队伍,形成完善的泛在服务系统。
The ubiquitous service of university library bridges the distance between the users and the library,realizing the organic fusion of library service and users interaction. The demand of college teachers and students for knowledge and information presents characteristics of ubiquitous information,mobile service,collaborative service system and knowledgeable technology. The main way to realize ubiquitous service in university library is to provide ubiquitous library service,mobile library services and environment embedding services. In order to provide better ubiquitous service,we should insist on user-centered idea to update service concept continuously,cooperate with information enterprises through the library consortia,and build a high quality service team to perfect the ubiquitous service system.
