Orem自理模式对青少年特发性脊柱侧弯患者术后生活质量的影响

Effects of Orem self-care mode on the life quality of teenaged patients with adolescent idiopathic scoliosis after surgery

目的探讨Orem自理模式对青少年特发性脊柱侧弯患者术后生活质量的影响。方法将解放军第三○六医院2014年1月至2016年1月收治的90例青少年特发性脊柱侧弯患者依据知情同意原则分为观察组和对照组,每组45例,对照组患者常规护理,观察组患者给予Orem自理模式护理。术后2周采用SF-36健康状况问卷调查比较2组患者的生活质量。结果观察组患者术后生活质量优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Orem自理模式护理患者术后生活质量各维度得分均高于常规护理患者。结论采用Orem自理模式对青少年特发性脊柱侧弯患者进行护理,可以加强患者认知能力,有利于提高患者依从性,提高患者的生活自理能力及生活质量,减少临床并发症的发生,增强患者自信心,促进患者早日康复。

Objective To investigate the effects of Orem self-care mode on the life quality of teenaged patients with adolescent idiopathic scoliosis after surgery. Methods In accordance with the principle of the knowledge and consent of the patients,90 patients with adolescent idiopathic scoliosis who received treatment from January 2014 to January 2016 were randomly divided into 2 groups： the observation group and the control group,each consisting of 45 patients. The patients in the control group received routine care,while those in the observation group were provided with Orem self-care. Two weeks after surgery,the SF-36 health status questionnaire survey was conducted and life quality of the patients was compared between the 2 groups. Results The life quality of the observation group was superior to that of the control group,and statistical significance could be noted,when comparisons were made between the 2 groups（ P〈0. 05）. Various scores of life quality in the patients who received Orem self-care were all higher than those of the control group.Conclusion Orem self-care for the patients with idiopathic scoliosis could improve their cognitive ability,compliance,self-care ability and life quality,and at the same time would reduce incidence of complications and strengthen their self-confidence and promote early recovery.
