中国自愿减排项目的开发十分迅速,分析CCER(中国自愿减排项目)的发展和使用情况,探讨其面临的问题,以期促进相关工作的发展。
The development of voluntary emission reduction projects is very rapid in China. This paper analyzed the development and usage situation of CCER（China Certified Emission Reduction） and discussed the problems in order to promote the development of related work.
