摘要
液压支架电控系统作为一种现代化的支架控制技术,其不仅能够大幅提升支架支护质量,而且能够有效缩短支架运移支护耗时,对于提升矿井综合效益有积极意义。以此为着手点,针对液压支架电控系统的设计开展探究分析,在分析液压支架电控系统结构的基础上,从硬件构成和软件构成两个角度对液压支架电控系统的构成做出全面分析,希望能够为液压支架电控系统的进一步推广普及提供帮助。
As a modern stent control technology, the hydraulic support electronic control system not only can significantly improve the support quality of the stent, but also can effectively shorten the time required for the movement and support of the stent,exerting a positive influence on improving the comprehensive benefits of the mine. Taking this as the starting point, this paper explored and analyzed the design of the hydraulic support electronic control system. Based on the analysis of the structure of the hydraulic support electronic control system, the overall structure of the hydraulic support electronic control system is analyzed from two perspectives: hardware configuration and software configuration, hoping to provide support for the further promotion and popularization of the hydraulic support electronic control system.
