论煤炭矿区铁路运输调度指挥的优化

Discussion on the Optimization of Dispatching in Railway Transportation in Coal Mining Areas

矿区铁路运输调度指挥直接影响煤炭资源的运输效率与质量,当前调度指挥工作尚存一定的发展空间。基于此,主要针对矿区铁路运输调度指挥现状,提出满轴编组、当班调车作业计划编制、交汇站调度强化及解体调车作业调整等多种优化措施,缩短列车运输时间,提升矿区铁路运输效率,使矿区生产更好地满足客户的实际要求。

Dispatching in ra ilway transportation in coal mining areas directly influences the transport efficiency and quality of coal resources, and there is a certain space for the development of dispatching in the current stage. Based on this, this paper proposed several kinds of optimization measures such as full shaft marshalling, shunting operation plan on duty, interchange station dispatching strengthening and the collapse of the shunting operation adjustment and so on according to the status quo of dispatching in railway transportation in coal mining areas. All this could help shorten the time of train transportation, improve railway transportation efficiency of mining areas and make the mining production better meet the actual needs of customers.
