摘要 用CFX软件对原地铁风机DTF18#(排热风机)的气动性能进行了数值模拟,并通过与试验结果对比验证了数值模拟方法的可靠性。在此基础上,基于风机运行要求,对该风机的叶片造型、导流罩型线进行优化与分析,并对动叶安放角、动叶数和导叶数进行调整,扩大风机工作区范围,以满足设计要求。结果表明,计算值和实测值基本吻合。最终优化的风机流量、压力均达到设计要求,风机最高效率为85.2%,较原DTF18#风机效率提高了15.3%,达到一级能效。 The numerical simulation was conducted on the aerodynamic performance of the original Metro fan DTF18# (exhaust fan)using the CFX software,and the reliability of the numerical simulation method was verified by comparison with the experimental results. On this basis,the airfoil of the fan and the hub profile were optimized and optimized,and the mounting angle and number of the rotating vanes and the number of guide vanes were adjusted according to the requirements for fan operation so as to expand the working area range of the fan to meet the design requirements.The results show that the calculated values are in good agreement with the measured values. Both the flow capacity and pressure of the finally optimized fan achieved the design requirements,the highest efficiency of the fan reached 85.2%,and the efficiency was increased by about 15.3% compared to the original DTF18 # fan and it achieved the first level energy efficiency.
