大跨径一墩双T不平衡配重连续梁的转体施工 被引量:13

摘要 为了积累桥梁转体施工中不平衡结构的施工经验,结合工程实例介绍了采用阶段配重来平衡梁体自重导致的不平衡受力的具体工艺及创造性方法。该工程打破传统思维模式,创造性地采用"一拉一顶"的工艺方法,确保施工阶段梁体平衡,从而进一步保证结构受力安全以及转体前邻近既有线施工安全。研究表明,采用不平衡配重及"一拉一顶"工艺解决了一墩双T不平衡受力桥梁的施工难题,对类似工程具有借鉴价值。 In order to accumulate the experience in rotation of bridges with unbalanced structures,combined with engineering examples,the specific technique and creative method for balancing the unbalanced force caused by the weight of the beam body using the stage counterweights were introduced.The creative construction technique of"pull and lift"was adopted by breaking the traditional mindset.The balance of the beam body during the construction period was guaranteed so as to further ensure the safety of the structure and the neighboring existing lines before the rotation.Study shows that the problem of unbalanced force of continuous beam bridge was solved by the stage counterweights and the "pull and lift"technique,which provides reference for similar projects.
