摘要 为了实现工程精细化管理,使用MicroStation、PowerCivil、Navigator等系列软件构架BIM方案,并且从三维交底、碰撞检查、限额领料、Navigator移动端跟踪质量安全问题、4D施工进度动态管控、4D施工过程资料管理等方面进行分析。结果表明:可快速准确提取分部分项工程量,提高统计工作效率;有利于将现场信息及时传送到决策层;实现限额领料,严格把控材料的进、出口,杜绝浪费;使用云平台对施工资料动态管理,可保存项目施工过程的历史档案。 In order to realize the fine management of the project,a BIM scheme was established by means of a series of software such as MicroStation,PowerCivil,and Navigator.And the analysis of the scheme was conducted in aspects of technical disclosure,collision check,quota management of materials supply,following quality and safety problems by Navigator,dynamic management of construction progress and information management in 4 D.The results indicate that the quantity of work of a certain part of the project can be quickly accessed;the scheme facilitates the timely delivery of on-site information to the decision-making level;the wasting of materials can be avoided by introducing the quota management of materials supply;the use of cloud platform for dynamic management of construction data can preserve the historical archives of project construction.
