摘要 为了研究高节能低排放型温拌沥青混合料的性能,针对温拌沥青及沥青混合料试验,研究了不同掺配比例温拌剂对沥青三大指标和布氏旋转黏度的影响,以及不同击实温度对沥青混合料空隙率及马歇尔稳定度的影响。结果表明:温拌剂的最佳掺配比例为沥青含量的3%,沥青混合料最佳击实温度为120℃。温拌沥青混合料试验路的铺筑和检测结果也验证了上述结论。 In order to study the performance of warm mix asphalt with high efficiency and low emission,based on the tests on the asphalt mixture,the effect of different mixing proportions of additives on the three major indices of asphalt and the Brinell rotational viscosity was studied,as well as the effect of different compaction temperatures on the air voids and Marshall stability of asphalt mixture.The results show that the optimum mixing ratio of the additive is 3% of the asphalt content,and the optimum compaction temperature of the asphalt mixture is 120°C.The conclusion was verified by the results of the test road.
