摘要
用气相分子吸收光谱仪测定水质中硫化物的方法,探讨硫化物标准溶液稳定性与标准曲线范围两者的关系,得出用0.4%氢氧化钠溶液作为介质并保存在棕色瓶中的硫化物标准溶液在试验前2h内有较好的稳定性,标准曲线斜率(a)参考范围0.0667±0.0005,截距参考(b)范围0.0001±0.0005,解决《HJ/T 200-2005水质硫化物的测定气相分子吸收光谱法》标准方法中未对硫化物标准溶液的酸碱度和使用时间及曲线截距范围的说明,以供检测人员试验参考。
The method of gas sulfide absorption spectrometer for the determination of sulfide in water was studied. The relationship between the stability of sulfide standard solution and the range of standard curve was discussed. The vulcanization of 0.4% sodium hydroxide solution as medium and stored in brown bottle was obtained. The material standard solution has good stability within 2 hours before the test. The slope of the standard curve(a)reference range 0.0667 ± 0.0005,intercept reference(b)range 0.0001 ± 0.0005,to solve the “HJ/T 200-2005 water quality sulfide The determination of the pH,time of use,and curve intercept range of the sulfide standard solution in the standard method for the determination of gas phase molecular absorption spectroscopy is for reference by test personnel.
