摘要
以神朔铁路为例,根据所在的山西省五寨县地区气象资料统计,计算无缝线路锁定轨温,确定锁定轨温上下限值。利用有限元软件ANSYS,对韩家楼曲线段、趄坡沟桥上无缝线路地段,以及隧道口附近无缝线路地段进行建模,分析锁定轨温在计算范围内的变化,对于以上特殊地段钢轨强度和稳定性的影响。在对神朔铁路冬季断轨多发情况进行合理分析的基础上,提出在保障夏季不胀轨的前提下,通过合理降低锁定轨温的方式,改善断轨现象。
Taking Shenshuo railway as an example, according to the statistics of meteorological data in Wuzhai County, Shanxi Province, the locked rail temperature of seamless track is calculated and the upper and lower limit values of locked rail temperature are determined. The finite element software ANSYS is used to model the section of Hanjialou curve, the section of jointless track on the bridge and the section of joint- less track near the tunnel entrance. The influence of the lock-in rail temperature on the rail strength and stability in the above special section is analyzed. Based on the reasonable analysis of the frequent rail break- age in the winter of Shenshuo railway, this paper puts forward that, on the premise of ensuring the non-expansion of rail in summer, the phenomenon of rail breakage can be improved by reasonably reducing the locked rail temperature.
