摘要 在内燃机车电气系统的控制中,仍然沿用触头联锁方式,以形成电器线圈得电的逻辑关系,尤其是在众多条件下形成的"与"逻辑电路中,不得不串接许多触头。这种联锁方式的线路,布线十分复杂,可靠性差,部分触头因裸露结构,在风沙季节容易发生因落灰后接触电阻过大,发生虚接、开路等故障。机车运用过程中发生电器联锁故障后查找判断困难,给行车组织带来较大影响。使用控制电路智能判断装置后,可以快速准确地判断机车控制电路故障点,降低乘务员、机车检修人员对故障判断的难度。 In the contM of the electric system of the diesel locomotive, the contact mode is still used to form the logical relationship between the electric coil and the electric circuit, especially in the "and" logic circuit, which is formed under many conditions. The line of this interlocking mode is very complicated, the reliability is poor, and the part of the contact is exposed to the dust in the wind. In the sand season, it is especially easy to occur faults with excessive contact resistance after falling ash and open circuit. It is very difficult to find and judge after electrical interlocking failure in locomotive operation, which has great influence on driving organization. Using control circuit can judge the locomotive control circuit fault point quickly and accurately after using control circuit to judge the locomotive control circuit fault points quickly and accurately and lower the difficulty for the attendants, locomotive maintenance personnel to judge the fault.
