决水汤加减配合常规治疗肝硬化腹水的效果及对肝肾功能的影响

Effect of Modified Jueshui Decoction Combined with Conventional Therapy on Liver Cirrhosis Ascites and the Influence on Liver and Kidney Function

目的探讨决水汤加减配合常规治疗肝硬化腹水的临床效果。方法选取我院2015年1月至2017年12月收治的肝硬化腹水患者40例,随机分为对照组(19例)和观察组(21例)。对照组接受常规治疗,观察组接受决水汤加减配合常规治疗。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果、临床相关指标及不良反应。结果观察组的总有效率为90.5%,明显高于对照组的63.2%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的体重、腹围、腹水深度均明显低于对照组,24 h尿量明显高于对照组(P均<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的ALT、AST、BUN、SCr、TBIL均明显低于对照组,ALB明显高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论决水汤加减配合常规治疗肝硬化腹水具有较好的临床疗效,可明显改善患者的临床相关指标及肝肾功能,安全可靠,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified Jueshui decoction combined with conventional therapy on liver cirrhosis ascites. Methods 40 cases of patients with liver cirrhosis ascites admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group（19 cases） and observation group（21 cases）. The control group received conventional therapy, while the observation group received modified Jueshui decoction combined with conventional therapy. The clinical treatment effect,clinical relative indicators and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.5%, significantly higher than 63.2% of the control group（P 〈0.05）. After treatment, the body weight, abdominal circumference and ascites depth of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, but the 24 h urine volume was significantly higher than that of the control group（all P 〈0.05）. After treatment, the ALT, AST, BUN, SCr and TBIL of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, but the ALB was significantly higher than that of the control group（all P 〈0.05）.Conclusions Modified Jueshui decoction combined with conventional therapy has better clinical curative effect on liver cirrhosis ascites, can improve patients’ clinical relative indicators and liver and kidney function, which is safe and reliable and worthy of clinical promotion.
