Jab1在乳腺癌组织中的差异表达及其临床意义

Different Expressions and Clinical Significance of Jab1 in Breast Cancer Tissues

目的探讨Jab1在乳腺癌组织中的差异表达水平及临床意义。方法收集我院100例乳腺癌组织及30例乳腺癌癌旁组织,采用免疫组织化学染色法检测Jab1表达水平,并比较Jab1在不同乳腺癌组织中的表达。结果 Jab1在乳腺癌组织中的表达水平明显高于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。同时根据ER及Her2的表达将乳腺癌分为四组,其中Jab1在ER过表达组的表达率明显低于其他三组(P<0.05),但其余三组的Jab1表达水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Jab1在乳腺癌组织高表达并且其表达水平与乳腺癌的激素水平及Her2表达水平有关,可成为乳腺癌临床预后的有效分子检测指标之一。

Objective To explore the different expressions of Jab1 in breast cancer tissues and the clinical significance. Methods 100 cases of breast cancer tissues and 30 cases of para-carcinoma tissues in our hospital were collected and the Jab1 expression levels were detected by immunohistochemical staining. The Jab1 expressions in different breast cancer tissues were compared. Results The expression level of Jab1 in breast cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in the para-carcinoma tissues（P 〈0.05）. At the same time, breast cancer tissues were divided into four groups according to expressions of ER and Her2. The expression rate of Jab1 in ER overexpression group was significantly lower than that of the other three groups（P 〈0.05）. No statistical difference was found in the Jab1 expression level among the other three groups（P 〉0.05）. Conclusions Jab1 is highly expressed in breast cancer tissues, which is related to hormone level and Her2 level, and might be one of the indicators of effective molecular detection for clinical prognosis of breast cancer.
