摘要 目的探讨EV71感染手足口病(HFMD)患儿血清IgA、IgG、IgM变化的临床意义。方法选取我院2015年8月至2017年10月期间收治的EV71感染HFMD患儿60例作为病例组,根据病情严重程度分为普通组(n=27)与重症组(n=33),另选取60例同期于我院体检的正常健康儿童作为对照组。比较三组的血清IgA、IgG、IgM水平。结果病例组的血清IgG、IgM水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),但两组的血清IgA水平比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。普通组、重症组、对照组的血清IgA水平比较均无统计学差异(P>0.05);重症组和普通组的血清IgG、IgM水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),重症组的血清IgG水平明显高于普通组(P<0.05)。结论 EV71感染HFMD患儿的血清IgG和IgM水平均显著升高,其中重症患儿的血清IgG水平最高,但血清IgM水平未见明显升高。 Objective To explore the clinical significance of changes of serum IgA, IgG and IgM in children with hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD) infected by EV71. Methods 60 cases of children with HFMD infected by EV71 admitted to our hospital from August 2015 to October 2017 were selected as the case group, and divided into mild group(n = 27) and severe group(n = 33) according to the disease severity. Another 60 healthy children with physical examination at the same time in our hospital were selected as the control group. The serum IgA, IgG and IgM levels were compared among three groups. Results The serum IgG and IgM levels of the case group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P 〈0.05), but no statistical difference was found in the serum IgA level between the two groups(P 〉0.05). No statistical difference was found in the serum IgA level among the mild group, severe group and control group(P 〉0.05).The IgG and IgM levels of the severe group and mild group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P 〈0.05). The IgG level of the severe group was significantly higher than that of the mild group(P 〈0.05). Conclusions Serum IgG and IgM levels in children with HFMD infected by EV7 increase significantly, and the serum IgG level is highest in children with severe infection. But the serum IgM level has no obvious increase.
