噻托溴铵联合舒利迭治疗对中重度COPD稳定期患者肺功能和急性发作次数的影响

Influence of Tiotropium Combined with Seretide Maintenance Treatment on Pulmonary Function and Acute Attack Times of Patients with Moderate and Severe Stable COPD

目的探讨噻托溴铵联合舒利迭维持性治疗中重度COPD稳定期患者对肺功能和急性发作次数的影响。方法选取我院确诊为中重度COPD稳定期的60例患者,随机分为两组各30例。对照组给予噻托溴铵吸入治疗,观察组在此基础上采用舒利迭吸入治疗。对比分析两组患者的肺功能指标及急性发作次数。结果治疗前,两组的FVC、FEV_1%比较均无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗3个月后,两组的FVC、FEV_1%均明显改善(P<0.05),而观察组的FVC、FEV_1%均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,观察组的复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论噻托溴铵联合舒利迭维持性治疗中重度COPD稳定期患者比单一用药敏感,能够减少急性发作次数,显著改善肺功能,延缓病情恶化进展。

Objective To explore the influence of tiotropium combined with seretide maintenance treatment on pulmonary function and acute attack times of patients with moderate and severe stable COPD. Methods 60 cases of patients diagnosed as moderate and severe stable COPD patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with tiotropium inhalation, while the observation group was treated with seretide inhalation on this basis. The pulmonary function indicators and acute attack times were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, no statistical difference was found in the FVC and FEV1% between two groups（P 〉0.05）. 3 months after treatment, the FVC and FEV1% of both groups significantly improved（P〈0.05）; The FVC and FEV1% of observation group were significantly better than those of control group（P 〈0.05）. 3 months after treatment,the recurrence rate of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group（P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Tiotropium combined with seretide maintenance treatment in patients with moderate and severe stable COPD is more sensitive than single-dose drugs, can reduce the acute attack times, significantly improve the pulmonary function and delay the disease progression.
