盐酸利托君和硫酸镁治疗前置胎盘的效果比较 被引量:7

摘要 目的比较硫酸镁和盐酸利托君治疗前置胎盘的临床效果。方法选取我院2016年5月至2017年4月收治的100例前置胎盘孕妇,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。观察组采用盐酸利托君治疗,对照组采用硫酸镁治疗。比较两组的Apgar评分、新生儿出生体重、孕龄延长时间及妊娠至足月、保胎成功、阴道12 h及24 h出血停止情况。结果观察组的Apgar评分、新生儿出生体重、孕龄延长时间均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的妊娠至足月、保胎成功、阴道12 h及24 h出血停止比例均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论盐酸利托君及硫酸镁均可有效抑制宫缩,但盐酸利托君的孕龄延长时间较长,阴道出血控制效果较好,起效迅速。 Objective To compare the clinical effect of magnesium sulfate and ritodrine hydrochloride in the treatment of placental placenta. Methods 100 cases of pregnant women with placenta previa admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to April 2017 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with ritodrine hydrochloride, while the control group was treated with magnesium sulfate. The Apgar score, neonatal birth weight, prolongation time of gestational age, pregnancy to full term, success of tocolysis, and 12 h and 24 h vaginal bleeding cessation were compared between the two groups. Results The Apgar score, neonatal birth weight and prolongation time of gestational age of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P 〈0.05). The rates of pregnancy to full term, success of tocolysis, and 12 h and 24 h vaginal bleeding cessation of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P 〈0.05). Conclusions Both ritodrine hydrochloride and magnesium sulfate can effectively inhibit uterine contraction, but letodrine hydrochloride has longer prolongation time of gestational age, better effect in the control of vaginal bleeding and rapid effect onset.
